If you don't have print-ready artwork... no problem! After placing your order, simply e-mail your artwork or send it to us on a disk and we will create print-ready art on your one-color logo for FREE! Most competitors charge up to $50 for this service. We can also produce print-ready artwork from your letterhead, business card, computer-generated art, or faxed art. If you are faxing your art, please enlarge your logo as big as possible to facilitate an accurate reproduction.
FREE Paper Proof of Your Imprint
Before we send your order for production, you will receive a FREE e-mail or a fax containing the paper proof of your imprint, for final approval. We take this step in our ordering process very seriously, as it ensures that your order will be produced according to your exact specifications.
Email your Artwork
If you are an existing customer, send art to your account manager by attaching the art file to the email. Include your customer number (if applicable) and your web order number (on your receipt) in the body of the email. Also include your contact information so we may reach you if there are any problems with your art.

Vector art is the highest quality file used for printing. We create vector art using Adobe Illustrator. Your vector art logo can be used on the smallest pen, and then enlarged to fit a canvas bag with NO loss of detail.
We will produce vector art from your letterhead, business card, computer-generated or faxed artwork. If you are faxing your art, please enlarge your logo as much as possible for optimum reproduction.
If your artwork is a 4-color design or a photograph, we require a 300 dpi CMYK file at a 100% of the imprint area with a 1/8" bleed.
Production requirements for 4-Color Process Jobs:
300 dpi for all raster/picture files (Photoshop, tiff, jpg)
Colored files must be sent in CMYK.
Vector art (Illustrator, Corel Draw, FreeHand) All fonts need to be outlined.
Art is to bleed past the edges of the items when photographs or textured backgrounds are used, a minimum of 1/8" on all sides or circumference.
